Completes special projects as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

Equipment and machines are maintained in accordance with established schedules.

Production goals are well supported by maintenance and repair activities. Scheduled downtime is carefully planned.

Basic repairs are completed timely and effectively.

Department paperwork and maintenance documentation is correct and appropriately filed.

Journeyman Rate is $33.61

Non Journeyman pays percentage (70% to 95% of Journeyman rate based on experience)

Assumes responsibility for the timely and effective performance of maintenance procedures.

Runs tests to ensure that equipment is operating properly. Ensures that parts and components produced meet or exceed product specifications.

Schedules. Cleans, oils, fills tanks, and adjusts equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Completes basic repairs on equipment and machines. Refers more difficult repairs to the Manager and recommends outside service providers.

Identifies operational inefficiencies and makes recommendations for improvement.

Conducts regular visual inspections of production equipment.
