Responsibilities
The Logistics Coordinator in the Customs Brokerage department is responsible for identifying and understanding customer transportation needs while ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant movement of freight and information.
This role serves as a critical link between customers, transportation providers, government agencies, and the Expeditors network, coordinating customs clearance activities and transportation services to support uninterrupted supply chains.
Success in this role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Receive, review, prepare, and process transportation, customs, and regulatory documentation, including house and master air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs entry documents.
Prepare and submit customs entries while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures.
Coordinate transportation orders, freight bookings, and shipment scheduling to ensure timely movement of freight.
