Responsibilities
We're looking for a Global Benefit's Manager to lead the administration and operational delivery of global employee benefits programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a consistent employee experience aligned with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
Provide oversight and direction to benefits team members on program execution, escalations, service delivery standards, and adherence to global governance frameworks.
Lead coordination and governance of global benefits renewals across markets, ensuring alignment to financial objectives, compliance requirements, market competitiveness, and organizational strategy.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements across jurisdictions (for example, health coverage mandates, pension regulations, social insurance requirements, leave legislation, tax treatment of benefits, and data privacy laws).
Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors to support timely deductions, funding processes, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and cross-border compliance obligations.
Oversee global benefits administration platforms and related systems, including configuration governance, data integrity, system enhancements, access controls, and vendor performance management.
