Responsibilities
You will be the frontline voice of Lucid Motors for customers, delivering a premium, seamless, and human‑centered experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation and luxury.
This role blends technical understanding, problem‑solving, and hospitality to support owners and prospective customers throughout their journey.
Customer Support & Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in‑person interactions at Lucid Studios.
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance on vehicle features, charging, software updates, service appointments, and ownership questions.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a luxury‑brand tone and experience.
