Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred

Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time

Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level is required for employees of ski in/ski out restaurants in the winter

The Steward is responsible for cleaning and storing all flatware, silver, glass, kitchen trays, pots, pans according to the direction of the restaurant management team.

The Steward also assists in food preparation as requested.

This position reports to the Executive Steward.

Clean and stack all dishes properly

Store dishes and silver in the designated locations
