Technical Business Analyst

Demonstrated experience supporting projects of varying size and complexity, ideally within government or public sector environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, and Figma.

Experience with enterprise business solutions, particularly financial systems projects, is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft ADO Testing Module required.

Experience with Microsoft Customer Engagement CRM or other modern CRM platforms is preferred.

Facilitate meetings with business leaders to capture current-state process flows, requirements, and critical business information.

Analyze and compare existing business processes against best practices to identify process improvement opportunities.

Translate business requirements into Service Blueprints, business process flow diagrams, Agile Features, and User Stories.

Support the development of technical specifications and proposed solutions.

Enter, manage, and track Blueprints, Process Flows, Features, User Stories, and related documentation in Azure DevOps.

Visually model information gathered during elicitation sessions.
