The Senior Underwriter partners closely with the Vice President of Underwriting and Account Management team to support complex health and welfare programs.

This role is integral in driving renewal strategy, analyzing claims data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across underwriting deliverables for both fully insured and self‑insured clients.

Analyze carrier renewals and manage ongoing carrier interactions

Review proposals and underwriting materials for accuracy and completeness

Review and analyze claims reports; oversee claims reporting for self‑insured clients

Develop self‑insured budgets, including premium equivalent rate calculations
