Manager, Warehouse and Parts

Associate Degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics (or related field)

required

. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

At least 3 years automated retail supply chain distribution experience

or

5 years warehousing/distribution center experience

The Manager, Warehouse and Parts for our Louisville location will oversee all operations of the central kiosk parts distribution center. This position is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates to deliver daily execution and new projects, representing the warehouse in cross-functional initiatives, and identifying and driving execution of continuous improvement activities.

Operations of the parts warehouse include receiving new supplies, new parts and field returns, warehousing, and shipping parts and supplies for the Redbox field. The Parts warehouse also performs refurbishment of certain high-end parts (e.g., touch screens, computers, etc.). The Manager is responsible for ensuring all parts are handled in a safe and efficient manner.

Internally, this position requires regular cross-functional collaboration with Field Operation teams, Finance/Accounting, Procurement, and IT.  The successful candidate will be a strong leader with

the ability to drive continuous improvement and best practices across the supply chain organization and to identify opportunities for further warehouse optimization.

Externally, the manager will work with vendors and service providers to ensure service levels are met and to identify and negotiate cost saving opportunities.
