Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvement through structured project management.

Develop business cases for new initiatives and program launches, clearly defining objectives, scope, resources, risks, and expected benefits (labor, cost/unit, service, quality, margin).\u00A0

Manage onboarding and execution of new kitting/co-pack programs including requirements intake, operational design, readiness planning, and go-live support.\u00A0

Translate customer and internal specifications into operational deliverables, including: pack-out configuration and BOM accuracy, labeling and compliance requirements, quality checkpoints and acceptance criteria, SOP/work instruction development and training, coordinate launch readiness across staffing, materials, equipment, layout, and systems transactions to ensure stable ramp-up.\u00A0
