At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.

Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.

Ability to deal, sort, shuffle and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.

Prolonged sitting at counter highchair and tables

Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures.

Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.

Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.

Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.

Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.

Creates a fun and engaging atmosphere while hosting the game.
