Senior Manager, FP&A (R&D and Operations)

8+ years of total experience in a financial analytical role such as strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or accounting

5+ years of experience in FP&A or a comparable finance role in a fast-paced environment

3+ years managing people, including responsibility for developing individual contributors, setting expectations, and owning outcomes delivered through a team.

Strong business partnership experience with senior functional leaders, ideally in R&D or Operations

Expertise in financial modeling and reporting with advanced Excel proficiency.

Experience with FP&A systems and tools such as Planful or similar platforms is a plus
