Product Manager III

The target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $205,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

This person will be responsible for our holistic account creation experience, including personalization, security, and enterprise partnerships.

This role will report to the Director of Product, Growth.

Own the end-to-end account creation experience

— from a member's first touch through a verified, activated account — across web and mobile, including the sign-up UI, authentication, and account security

Define and improve sign-up conversion and time-to-activation through experimentation, funnel analysis, and systematically removing friction and drop-off

Lead account security and fraud prevention
