Strong background in protein and antibody separation and characterization
Thorough understanding of chromatographic techniques including SEC, affinity, normal-phase, reverse-phase, ion exchange, and HIC

Group Leader – Analytical Sciences
is responsible for leading a team of analysts while maintaining strong technical engagement in analytical method development and protein characterization.
This role combines hands-on scientific expertise with people leadership, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated laboratory environment.
Plan, assign, and oversee routine assay execution and method development activities
