Associate General Counsel

Experience with Smartsheets and Claude is a plus;

Manage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including restrictive covenant litigation, insurance regulatory issues, potential E&O and professional liability exposures, and general commercial disputes;

Provide leadership and counseling around litigation and serve as the primary liaison to outside counsel, managing litigation strategy, budgets, and outcomes across multiple firms and jurisdictions;

Issuing cease-and-desist letters, coordinating notifications to new employers, and supporting related litigation strategy;

Investigate and manage E&O and broker/agency errors exposure, including coordinating with the Company’s E&O carrier, advising on broker-of-record terminations and client notifications, and corresponding with claimant and opposing counsel;

Draft and review litigation holds, ensuring timely issuance, tracking, and compliance;

Prepare quarterly litigation and claims updates to executive leadership, and advise Regional Presidents and senior leadership on litigation risk and strategy; and
