Part-time Support Associate (West Village, NYC)

Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, 2 of which must be weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), including flexibility for evening and holiday shifts based on business needs.

At Brooklinen, we offer a competitive total compensation package determined by market data specific to our size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary for this role is 19.25/ hour.

Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our quarterly bonus program, with a target percentage based on your role.

Monthly store contests and incentives

Shipment Processing & Verification:

Receive incoming shipments, transport cartons safely into the store, unpack and inspect merchandise, and systematically receive them into our inventory platform while verifying shipment accuracy.

Inventory Accuracy & Discrepancy Audits:

Audit inventory regularly to identify on-hand variances.

Partner directly with store leadership to investigate, reconcile discrepancies, and support all cycle counts and physical inventories.
