Director, Contracts Counsel

5 or more years of relevant experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry and/or equivalent law firm experience.

Demonstrated expertise drafting and negotiating complex commercial, clinical, and operational agreements.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements supporting all aspects of the organization, including master services agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, license agreements, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and other commercial and operational contracts.

Partner closely with internal constituents, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to structure transactions, assess legal and business risks, and facilitate successful business outcomes.

Resolve contractual disputes and support the management of contract-related legal issues.

Drive continuous improvement of contracting processes, templates, policies, and contract management systems to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Coordinate with outside counsel and other external advisors as appropriate.

Support additional legal, compliance, corporate, and strategic initiatives within the Legal Department as needed.
