Responsibilities
We are looking for an accomplished and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support our global Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and their teams. You will also provide support for the North America Corporate Responsibility Team (CSR) which partners with non-profit organizations across communities.
You will work in-office, 3-4 days per week, from our North America Headquarters located in Costa Mesa, CA and report to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO).
You will extend well beyond traditional calendar management; it demands a strategic partner who will guide execution, and ensure the efficient understanding of executive priorities. You will play an important role in the team's overall success. You will also represent the CSO and the team across internal and external communications, and when collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and other internal departments.
