$70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session

Flexible & Manageable Caseload:

Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week — perfect for work-life balance. Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, and we encourage you to work toward that as you settle in.

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment

Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions

Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
