Responsibilities

Conduct regular farm inspections to verify adherence to company standards, contractual obligations, and cooperative agreements.

Provide technical guidance and development programs to assist growers in achieving optimal breeder flock health, fertility, and productivity.

Coordinate and oversee the movement of pullets, ensuring proper handling and biosecurity measures.

Perform field vaccinations and administer medications as needed to maintain flock health and welfare.

Weigh, handle, and evaluate pullets, hens, and males to track growth and condition.

Monitor and analyze hen productivity metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

About the Company

Base salary

range of $60,591 - $73,618.20

Discretionary Bonus:

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s tri-annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
