Utility Porter - Public Area

Requirements:

• Previous carpet, hard floor care and equipment knowledge

• Minimum 1 year on the job experience

• Able to communicate in English

• 21 years or older

Responsibilities:

The Utility Porter is responsible for cleaning all public areas.

• Shampooing carpets

• Stripping and waxing floors

• Polishing marble

• Operating sweepers, scrubbers, buffers, walk behinds and various other floor machines
