Dedicated Flight Coordinator
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or College Diploma in aviation management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support to Flight Crew and Client Account Managers, including pre-flight arrangements, in-flight coordination, and post-flight follow-up. \u00A0
Prepare accurate flight routing and itineraries, ensuring compliance with crew duty time and rest regulations per SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). \u00A0
Coordinate customs scheduling and notifications; pre-alert customs and immigration agencies for confirmed flights. \u00A0
Secure foreign government landing and overflight permits, and arrange international handling as required. \u00A0
Implement operational changes to flight schedules, including revising arrangements and sourcing replacement aircraft in collaboration with Flight Crew, Maintenance, and Client Account Managers. \u00A0
Monitor airport conditions, weather, airspace, and ATC restrictions; communicate updates to Flight Crew and Client Account Managers. \u00A0
