IT Business Analyst

At least 4+ yearsof experience as an IT Business Analyst, or similar experience, preferably in a trading, financial services, or technology-driven firm.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data aggregation, reporting, and cost analysis.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Jira, Confluence).

Proficiency in Excel and various Project Management tools (e.g. Trello, Office 365 Planner).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and understanding of cloud provider customer consoles.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Assist with eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements from various internal teams across (and not limited to) Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.

Project Support & Communication: Assist the IT Project Manager with consistent dissemination of project deliverables, timelines and dependencies to stakeholders across multiple teams.

Meeting Management: Document meeting minutes; clearly defining next steps and follow up items; to ensure project alignment and progress.

Project Management: Driving business outcomes by owning execution, managing deliverables, and seeing project components through to completion

Cloud & Infrastructure Analysis: Support the assessment and dissemination of cloud usage and infrastructure inventory to cloud administrators and owners.

Cloud & Infrastructure Operational Reporting: Assist with developing reports that combine financial and utilization data for hardware, connectivity, colocation, and cloud services.
