Requirements

A foundational understanding of the digital media landscape and a keen interest in how algorithms drive consumer behavior.

Data Fluency: You are comfortable working in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and have an analytical mindset to find patterns in numbers.

Responsibilities

As an Associate on our Paid Media team, you will learn the "art and science" of performance marketing from the ground up. This entry-level role is designed for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is eager to master the technical platforms that power the world’s digital economy. You will support our Managers in executing, monitoring, and reporting on high-impact campaigns across Search (Google, Microsoft) and Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) channels. If you’re ready to move from a consumer of social media to a professional architect of digital growth, this is where you start.

Platform Execution:

Support the technical setup and launch of paid media campaigns, ensuring all targeting parameters, tracking URLs, and ad formats are correctly implemented.

Budget Pacing:

Conduct daily checks on campaign spend to ensure client budgets are being utilized effectively and pacing evenly across the month.
