Requirements
Experience liaising with both the business and technology teams with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand non-technical language in order to facilitate, communicate and interact with business stakeholders, working with Agile development methods on data-oriented projects.
Experience with modeling tools relating to process, data, and workflow at the conceptual level Experience using BPMN for process modeling/mapping is highly desired.
Experience in data lifecycle and ETL design; strong understanding of data management principles, data profiling.
Direct experience working with technical teams supporting the delivery of data migration/synchronization between complex systems and/or integrations.
Experience in creating complex test plans and quality assurance plans to validate new systems.
Salesforce, NetSuite & PowerBI experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Capture data, technical integration requirements and develop data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, data mapping, entity relationship diagrams and ‘To-be’/’As-Is’ process flow diagrams.
Facilitate interviews and process workshops to gather requirements from key stakeholders, while also identifying opportunities to improve the business, using information technology as an enabler.
In collaboration with the business SME, build user stories translated from to-be use-case(s) and process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, including success criteria.
Design, build and maintain the enterprise business data architecture in collaboration with and in support of the enterprise business systems landscape.
In collaboration with the Business Systems Manager team, design and produce the applicable roadmap(s) of data management.
Mentor and coach team members on best practices standards in business data flow and enterprise system integration process modelling.
