Requirements
Engineering degree, technical diploma, recognized trades certification, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
6–10 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling within an EPC or EPCM environment, preferably on mining or potash projects.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining integrated EPC schedules, including engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
Proficiency with industry‑standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
Experience performing schedule and variance analysis and developing recovery or mitigation plans.

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a qualified
Intermediate Planner/Scheduler
to join our Mining team, based out of
Bethune, SK.
The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) schedules to support effective project execution. The position works closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to integrate scope, manage schedule risk, and support informed planning and control decisions.
