Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the Department of War (DoW) in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services.

JITC’s service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements.

TEC Services are provided to DoW Combatant Commanders / Services / Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities.

JITC’s Specialized Test Laboratory (STL) Resource Scheduler, formerly Unified Capabilities Laboratory, maintains the lab’s T&E schedule while adhering to a dynamic schedule, schedules all resources and reports on all T&E efforts, activities, and test status.

Supports and provides numerous administrative functions including general office management support, scheduling of tests, property accountability, and purchasing.
