Front Desk Agent - Limelight Denver

1 year of customer or guest experience preferred

Previous front desk experience preferred

Basic industry terminology

Knowledge of company policies and procedures

Work Environment & Physical Demands

•    Ability to stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time, kneeling and bending may be required

•    Regularly work indoors with no adverse conditions

•    Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

The Front Desk Agent welcomes and registers guests, as well as presents statements and collects payments for departing guests.

They also communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill guest requests.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

Provide summary of the hotel and the amenities offered to guests

Coordinate with other departments daily needs or special requirements for all hotel guests
