Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting OEM semiconductor capital equipment in either field service or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of wafer fabrication environments and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Experience troubleshooting gas delivery systems, vacuum systems, RF plasma systems, and semiconductor equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and gas schematics.
Knowledge of robotics, microprocessor-based controllers, and basic software concepts.
Working knowledge of hand tools, oscilloscopes, and digital volt meters (DVMs).
