Responsibilities

You will act as the primary Account Executive for Bloomerang’s National Account Program, for a set number of assigned accounts, designed specifically for federated nonprofit structures where the national office exerts influence rather than mandate. Your goal is to create a 'path of least resistance' for independent affiliates by negotiating master-level benefits and standardized onboarding frameworks that make Bloomerang the obvious choice for their local chapters/affiliates You manage the sales process to close via excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills, while driving creative, one-to-many sales strategies to penetrate local affiliates and chapters.

Support company growth by meeting or exceeding personal quota goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driven by a combination of closed-won revenue and network penetration depth. 1

Conduct comprehensive discovery calls emphasizing business value, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations about Bloomerang's software and services.

Build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline that is approximately twice your sales quota by deeply saturating your assigned national accounts' affiliate networks.
