Responsibilities
The Commercial Strategy Senior Analyst contributes to strategic planning and business performance initiatives within UPS's U.S.
Domestic Commercial organization.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role provides analysis and recommendations that inform decisions across UPS's largest business unit.
The Senior Analyst leads analytical workstreams in support of major strategic initiatives and independently manages select projects from inception through completion.
The role is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership of high-visibility deliverables, and transforming complex business information into clear, actionable insights for leadership audiences.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of UPS tenure or comparable experience in strategy, finance, consulting, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
