Accountant

Previous experience in a role with multiple property leases and recording entries consistent with the requirements of ASC 842 is preferred but not required

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with AEC industry is preferred

Ability to work cross-functionally within various operating systems

You'll play a vital role in our financial operations as part of the Enterprise Accounting team.

In this role, you'll have a hand in key areas such as general ledger accounting, financial report creation and analysis, lease accounting, and share-in deposit management responsibilities.

Prepare and analyze general account reconciliations

Perform a variety of corporate accounting functions, including fixed asset accounting, deposit management, account research, and support for compliance reporting

Manage lease accounting activities in accordance with ASC 842, including recording monthly rent expense and right-of-use (ROU) asset and liability activity

Enter monthly lease and building expense activity into Deltek Vantagepoint for payment processing
