Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in health, safety, environmental, and/or security management roles

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and other relevant compliance frameworks

Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation

Proficiency in developing and implementing safety programs and security protocols

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements

Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE & Security Lead to join our team in Salisbury, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, safety, environmental, and security programs across our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and security excellence. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect our employees, assets, and operations.

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE and security policies, procedures, and programs aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace dangers and security vulnerabilities

Lead incident investigations, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations through regular audits and inspections

Design and deliver safety training programs and security awareness initiatives to all organizational levels
