Requirements
Reporting into the Head of Business Intelligence, this role will partner closely with product leaders, financial analysts, marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and act as a thought leader for all product data at Rocket Lawyer.
This role requires previous experience with subscription platforms, as you will be expected to analyze engagement and retention metrics to inform product teams.
The function will play a critical role in go-to-market data strategy, ensuring measurement of success metrics at launch.
5 - 7 years experience in quantitative role
Experience with ecommerce subscription platforms, and familiarity with retention metrics
4+ years of analytics experience working directly with product managers or embedded within a product team

Responsibilities
Manage a small and growing product or business analytics team
Own defining, tracking, and monitoring business KPIs
Partner with product management leadership to create hypothesis, define kpis, design experiments, and act as go-to strategic thought partner
Partner with leaders in engineering to improve data collection through data infrastructure design, data pipelining, and warehousing solutions
Work closely with junior to senior level product analysts to conduct exploratory data analyses, discover patterns and insights, and inform future strategy
Ensure product teams are empowered to make data-driven decisions that make a positive impact on success metrics
