Ability to read gauges, scales, and basic production reports
Compensation & Benefits
Physical Requirements:
Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

We are hiring experienced Flexographic Press Operators to support our growing production team.
Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses
Set up cylinders, plates, and ink systems for production runs
Perform two-color set-ups including mounting plates and adjusting rollers
Monitor print quality and adjust ink densities as needed
