Requirements
B.S. Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis
M.S. Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering with geotechnical emphasis (preferred)
6+ years professional geotechnical engineering experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with ability to obtain Washington licensure within 12 months

Experience with soil and rock classification, field exploration procedures and methods, earthwork and pavement construction observation, nuclear density testing, and laboratory testing procedures.

Responsibilities
Planning, accomplishing, and leading site characterization programs for challenging projects;
Completing geotechnical engineering analyses for site development, buildings, bridges, landslides and roads;
Providing in-depth seismic hazards evaluations;
Managing, mentoring, and training field staff to ensure quality data collection, technical growth, and adherence to safety and project standards.
Collaborating closely with civil, structural, and environmental teams to develop integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
Develop a professional presence in our regional community through participation in professional organizations, through interaction with key clients, and through client development.
