Support basic reporting and data checks by pulling data from Salesforce or internal tools, organizing it into simple reports, and reviewing it to make sure the information is correct and consistent

Help track requests related to billing and contracts by keeping a record of open items, organizing supporting information like pricing or agreements, and making sure requests are followed through

Coordinate with teams like sales, finance, and legal for follow-ups by helping communicate updates, checking on the status of requests, and making sure nothing gets stuck or delayed
