Part-time Graphics Install Assistant

Post-secondary education and/or training in graphic design, print production, visual communications, or a related field

•

Experience installing vinyl graphics, signage, or environmental graphics

•

Basic knowledge of measurement, layout and mounting techniques

The Part-time Graphics Install Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and installing graphics, signage, and displays throughout the Zoo. This role ensures graphics are installed accurately, safely, and on schedule, while maintaining the visual quality and integrity of the Zoo. The position requires basic hands-on experience with graphic installation tools and materials, including preparing surfaces, applying vinyl graphics, measuring spaces, and assisting with mounting signage and displays. The Part-time Graphics Install Assistant works closely with internal teams to support installations in both indoor and outdoor areas of the Zoo.

Leverage Dallas Zoo brand standards to install and maintain animal ID graphics and informational / educational signage that support the Zoo’s mission and vision.

Ensures that existing graphics, directionals, banners and other graphic elements are maintained in a manner consistent with Dallas Zoo standards for guest experience.
