you will take full ownership of your workstream or lead a small team to deliver across digital products and experiences, from opportunity framing to detailed interaction and visual design and deliver with autonomy.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to define and create experiences that meet functional and emotional needs, helping our clients to push boundaries in industries like healthcare, finance, mobility, and more.

You will contribute to the business development including proposal writing and pitching.

You will contribute to a positive design team culture through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring more junior practitioners.
