Ability to work closely with, and support both the Dispatch Supervisors and the Dispatcher sin day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

\u00A0\u00A0

Staff Development: Support the dispatch supervisors by fostering a positive working environment. Ensure that best practices in customer service and leadership are upheld.

\u00A0

Communication and Conflict Resolution: Maintain regular communication with the Dispatchers and Dispatch Supervisors to ensure customer issues and requests are addressed promptly and acceptably

\u00A0

Scheduling Assistance: Assist Dispatchers and Dispatch Supervisors in monitoring and addressing same day schedule adherence by working directly with customers via phone, chat and text to provide accurate ride information; identify and reschedule passengers who are a good fit for alternative transportation services. Ensure that passenger trips are correctly recorded and updated in Trapeze and communicated to the alternative vendors.
