Responsibilities
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will help marketers, partners and internal teams build the confidence to work differently with AI agents.
You will turn Gradial’s product capabilities into clear training, credible demos and practical resources that help people understand not only how the platform works, but how it can give marketers more time for higher-value work.
This role sits across Gradial University and Sales Enablement, helping customers, partners, new hires and AEs learn, demonstrate and operate the platform with confidence.
You will bring direct empathy for the realities of modern marketing, including manual production work, fragmented tools and workflows that pull teams away from strategy and creativity.
By translating technical concepts into useful learning experiences and strong product stories, you will help Gradial’s ecosystem adopt new ways of working and prepare for the agentic era.
