Requirements

2-4 years\u2019 experience in consulting support, project coordination, delivery support, customer success support, or similar execution\u2011oriented roles
Strong process discipline, attention to detail
Ability to execute repeatable work to SLA adherence
Experience with collaboration and PSA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Certinia, ServiceNow or similar platforms
Understanding of software delivery models and customer lifecycle concepts
