Requirements

1+ years experience in a Help Desk, Tech Support, or A/V Support role.

Outstanding problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Hands-on experience supporting Zoom Rooms or similar enterprise conferencing platforms.

An ability to learn and communicate technical information clearly to all levels of the organization.

Experience with computer hardware repair and maintenance.

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work primarily onsite in our Draper office.

Responsibilities

BambooHR’s IT Help Desk Technicians are responsible for caring for all aspects of our office IT needs. As our ideal Help Desk Technician, you will be able to help our employees do their best work with the greatest attitude and care by troubleshooting technical issues that arise.

In this role, you will be a key driver of both individual employee success and our collective company culture by owning the technical execution of our high-visibility meetings and ensuring our conferencing infrastructure is world-class. You’ll work with a close team that is always helping each other improve.

You will:

Help end users resolve technical workstation issues (both Windows and macOS).

Own the technical execution of executive-led company updates and high-visibility meetings, including pre-event consultation and setup.

Maintain and proactively monitor ~65 Zoom Rooms using Neat Bars, Pads, Centers, and dual-display configurations.
