Responsibilities

Review & triage vehicle quality issues presented by both Market Operations and Customers

Audit the accuracy of Market Operations After Sale Repair (ASR) Cases

Maintains a strong professional knowledge of Carvana Vehicle Standards & claims policies

Send communications to customers providing guidance & next steps for addressing concerns

Meet established time frames and rates of performance for the quality and quantity of work for the position.

May coach or train less experienced claim specialists; provides guidance to other departments, as needed.
