Requirements

The Senior Manager, Marketplace will help scale the Metropolis Marketplace, our central inventory system and e-commerce platform that dynamically distributes aggregated first- and third-party supply across consumer and enterprise demand channels.

The Marketplace team is a foundational component of our Growth organization and a focal point of strategic partnerships for the company.

We are seeking a commercially-focused operator with a strong combination of partnership, analytical, and execution skills.

As Senior Manager, you will own account management for an existing portfolio of B2C partnerships, driving significant financial return for the company.

You will also aid in developing new partnerships end-to-end – from sourcing and deal structuring through integration project management and post-launch optimization.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Strategy to both extract additional value from existing partnerships and accelerate new deal flow.

Responsibilities

Own account management for existing Marketplace partnerships driving incremental growth through dedicated relationship management and optimization

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy to execute against the Marketplace roadmap

Identify, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities across third-party B2C channels, consumer ads, and membership benefits to expand the Marketplace pipeline

Develop performance reporting and analytics for assigned partnerships, using a data-driven approach to identify growth optimization opportunities and inform commercial strategy
