Requirements

Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up with at least some years' experience managing a Recruiting team

Hands-on experience with repo

rting on hiring metrics and pipelines.

You will bring experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics

You have experience experimenting and driving new initiatives

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.

Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Talent Acquisition team

Complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines within your business areas. You’ll be digging into the why’s behind data trends and proposing concrete solutions to senior leadership to influence hiring strategy

Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function at Remote in close partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other People leadership team members

Collaborate closely with the Hiring Leaders to ensure that the team meets hiring targets and provides a great hiring experience

Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other People leaders
