Requirements
Qualified lawyer with 5-10 years post qualification experience
In-house SaaS experience in a fast paced environment
Proven experience delivering on a wide range of complex commercial contracts and demonstrable ability to independently handle complex negotiations
Experience with Legal technical tools, revenue recognition and privacy matters an advantage.
Proactive, “roll-up your sleeves” attitude
An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities, with excellent business judgement, intellectual curiosity and the ability to balance legal and business requirements

Responsibilities
We are looking for a brilliant legal mind to join our growing global legal team. As a key member of our team, you will support legal matters for our Copperleaf business, reporting into its Head of Legal who is based in the United Kingdom.
Your primary responsibility is to support our global go to market teams including sales and consulting, and additionally, partner and supplier matters.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic, fast-growing, AI-first, enterprise SaaS company, working alongside market leaders and sales teams as well as supporting other countries and regions.
Responsibilities:
Structure, draft, negotiate, and close SaaS, software, support and cloud contracts with customers, while collaborating cross functionally with Finance, Infosec and Customer Experience.
Champion AI advancement in the legal function, including management of CLM platform and agents, to drive automation of legl
