Startup and Venture Partnerships Associate

3+ years of experience in venture capital operations, startup partnerships, business development, or program management

Experience working with or within VC firms, accelerators, or the startup ecosystem

Comfort working with data and using metrics to inform priorities

Direct experience on a VC platform or portfolio services team

Familiarity with Stripe's products, particularly Billing, Payments, and Connect

Event planning or field marketing experience in B2B or startup contexts

In this role, you'll support senior partner managers in deepening Stripe's relationships with the world's top VC firms and accelerators.

You'll own the operational and programmatic layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio onboarding, event planning, and data analysis.

This is a cross-functional role with visibility across Stripe's ecosystem, product, and marketing teams.

Support senior partner managers in expanding Stripe's relationships within top VC firms by building connections with platform teams, portfolio services, junior partners, and operational stakeholders

Own the operational layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio company onboarding, and partner communications

Support senior team members with account planning, meeting preparation, briefing documents, and structured follow-ups
