Human Resources Coordinator (On-Site)

Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources;

Experience in personnel administration or talent acquisition;

Experience in employee reporting and basic employment law;

High proficiency of computer skills to include MS Office suite and HRIS;

Excellent communication and people skills;

Aptitude in problem-solving;

Previous hospitality-industry Human Resources experience preferred.  Previous HR data administration experience required.

Ensure upkeep of data related to employee paid time off and leaves of absences;

Assist HR Managers in gathering data for weekly/monthly/annual KPIs;

Manage the full process of the Employment Licenses of the upcoming employees and current employees while liaising with third party companies which offer out company, assistance and consultancy services;

Maintenance of employee information in multiple HR data systems;

Understand payroll basics and support HR Manager on payroll systems and processes;
