Ongoing studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines.

You have attention to detail and can sweat the small details while seeing the big picture.

You have excellent calendar and task management skills, including coordination of meetings.

You have excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills (including tact and diplomacy) to deal effectively with internal/external contacts.

Product Management Operations Intern

your key area of responsibility will be assisting the Product Operations Manager to enhance product operations. This includes:

Performing initial data analysis using tools such as Jira, Aha!, GetFeedback, and Walkme, contributing to research recruitment, and extracting valuable insights from customers' feedback and internal meetings.

You will manage key product operations and research support activities, helping maintain current service levels while freeing the team to focus on strategic priorities.

Support the development of a robust customer insights strategy by organizing, analyzing, and enabling the effective use of customer data across the Product team.
