Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent education and/or experience will be considered.
Strong background in electrical design, including cabinet layout and power distribution systems.
Experience in an automotive body shop environment ist required
Interest in robotics, PLC programming, or hardware design within automated production environments.
Familiarity with automation systems in automotive manufacturing; experience with VASS standards is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

3-5 years of experience in Body shop environment
Plan the electrical installations and automation in the SCOUT Body Shop (Underbody).
Design electrical cabinets, power feeding systems, and related automation infrastructure.
Create specifications for software functions and automation components.
Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of cost, schedule, and results.
